PRICING
All cards are printed and sold individually at the following rates. An envelope is supplied with each card.
Other discounts are at the discretion of the artist.
ORDER FORM
All cards are printed and sold individually at the following rates. An envelope is supplied with each card.
- 5 x 7 inch Cards - $3.00 ea.
- #10 Cards - $2.75 ea.
- Scratch-a-Script - $1.75 ea.
- Notecards (4.25 x 5.5 in. or so) - 1.75 ea.
Other discounts are at the discretion of the artist.
ORDER FORM
- Download the order form through the link below.
- Please print all requested information.
- Mark the number of cards desired in the the Quantity column and place a check mark in the column to indicate the card style ("Mini" = Scratch-a-Script; "Note" = 1/4-size note cards)
- Print the design code (one design per line; find the code with the image in the online catalog)
- If you are not pre-paying (money order or cashier's check only, unless you've communicated directly with Kat), a minimum of $6.50 shipping/handling fee will be added to your total order on the invoice.
- Make checks payable to "Kat Kreations."
- Mail the completed order form and payment to Kat Kreations, PO Box 2555, Evansville, IN 47728
- If you have a special deadline, please make contact for confirmation of availability. Send an email to katkreations82 at aol dot com with "greeting card request" in the subject line.
